Fish Grill with Skewered Vegetables

It is very true that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, I made grilled fish with skewered vegetables last weekend. It was the time when I met his after a gap.

Grilled fish Recipe - Oven baking
This is a very simple receipe and easy to make so, go ahead and try this out.

Clean the fish, slit it and marinate with chilly powder, salt, pepper, ginger, garlic paste and vinegar. Keep it marinated for an hour.
After few hours, take the baking dish apply little oil and spread the fish in the tray.
Now set the oven between 180-250 degree and set the griller on to top and bottom.
Now for some skewered vegetables, take the vegetables of your choice, I have picked up some tomatos, capsicum and onion (wish I could pick them up from my garden.. :-) , cut them and sprinkle some salt, pepper and rosemary, arrange the vegetables in the skewers.
Check the fish in the oven and when it is almost done keep the skewered vegetables to grill.

Once the fish is grilled properly and the vegetables are cooked, serve to a hungry crowd. Get ready to be kissed.....Enjoy!

A Reason, A Season, or A Lifetime

Long back I received this forward but never thought much about it.....but now when all the wonderful people around me are moving on with there lifes.....and I am left all alone, which had made me wonder that people come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. When you figure out which one it is, you will know what to do for each person.

When someone is in your life for a REASON. . . It is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally, or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend, and they are! They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrong doing on your part, or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered. And now it is time to move on..
Then people come into your life for a SEASON. Because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn. They bring you an experience of peace, or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it! It is real! But, only for a season.
LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person, and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

THANK YOU for being a part of my life......... I am missing you guys........

Wedding Day

Wedding day.......the happiest moment in everyone's life.......much awaited day with so many dreams.....plans....hopes and all together a new beginning.
Kahlil Gibran's Wedding quotes

You were born together, and together you shall be forevermore.
You shall be together when white wings of death scatter your days.
you shall be together even in the silent memory of God. But let there be spaces in your togetherness, And let winds of the heavens dance between you.
Love one another but make not a bond of love: Let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls. Fill each other's cup but drink not from one cup. Give one another of your bread but eat not from the same loaf.
Sing and dance together and be joyous, but let each one of you be alone, Even as the strings of a lute are alone though they quiver with the same music.
Give your hearts, but not into each other's keeping. For only the hand of Life can contain your hearts. And stand together, yet not too near together: For the pillars of the temple stand apart, And the oak tree and the cypress grow not in each other's shadow.

I need a vacation.....

It has only been 3 weeks since this year started and I am already stressed out. Work is not that exciting and I was browsing through websites and suddenly felt the urge to go for a vacation to a far off place. Vacation suddenly reminds me of Maldives. A place which I would love to go........... I was working in Maldives for one year.

Maldives—a chain of 1190 small coral islands, grouped into 26 atoll. Maldives consist of small islands and is known for its beautiful beaches, resorts, scuba diving and you can see so many different varieties of fishes and corals.

One of the Water bungalows with the glass floor....
Beautiful fishes.......

Maldives runway, this island is only for the Airpot and to the right hand side you can see a small island which is Male' - The capital of Maldives.
This was one of the most memorable experience in my whole life. If you need to go to any resorts in Maldives the sea plane will drop you at this small pad with your luggage and will take off, you need to wait here in the middle of the sea for the boat to come and pick you up, this was one of the scariest moment in my life..

The beautiful beach....

My dream vacation has been Maldives since I came back from there in the year 2000... I would atleast try and make it by the year 2010 with my husband.

Be thankful for what you have in your life………

Showing gratitude……..all of us know this but sometimes we get so caught up in our every day of living we forget to truly appreciate what we have or just forget to thank those wonderful people around us who makes our life so beautiful. I realized this two days back when I received an email from my husband who just want to thank each and everything for what he have in his life.

Below is the email which I have received from my husband and will always cherish it… :-)

I'm blessed with my dream job
I love my desk, the freedom at work, the recreation I get out here.
I love my daily routine of walking in the park. I meet lot's of strangers
I like my house owner and for whatever they share with me
I am glad to have a house which has supported lot of others in their life's journey .......
.................

Be thankful for what you have; you'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never, ever have enough.
